About Our Services

This website is operated by Jenn (Registration No. GTJB02996), a registered salesperson under GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, supervised by Jane Liau (REN 72881). We are an authorized sales representative for KSL Holdings Bhd and promote two featured developments in Johor Bahru:

• Riverhaus @ Wawari — Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru (freehold serviced apartment, from RM 244,000)
• D'Secret Garden 2 — Kempas Indah, Johor Bahru (freehold serviced apartment, from RM 260,000)

Our role is strictly that of a property sales agent. We facilitate introductions between prospective buyers and the developer. We do not own, develop, or manage the properties listed on this Site. All sale and purchase agreements are entered into directly between the buyer and KSL Holdings Bhd.

Property Information & Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the property information published on this Site is accurate and up to date. However, all details — including but not limited to pricing, unit sizes, floor plans, completion dates, facilities, and availability — are provided for general reference purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

We strongly advise all prospective buyers to verify all material information directly with KSL Holdings Bhd, inspect the actual property or showroom unit before making any purchase decision, and seek independent legal and financial advice prior to signing any agreement.

Agent Disclosure & Licensing

In compliance with the requirements of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) under the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981 (Act 242), we make the following disclosures:

All salespersons operating under this Site act under the authority and supervision of the registered estate agent named above. We do not collect or retain any commissions, fees, or payments directly from buyers. Agent fees, where applicable, are paid by the developer.

No Contractual Obligation

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a brochure, or booking a viewing through this Site does not constitute a reservation, booking, option to purchase, or any form of legally binding agreement to buy any property.

Any formal reservation or sale and purchase agreement is a separate legal document entered into directly between you and KSL Holdings Bhd, governed by the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 (HDA) and other applicable Malaysian laws.

• Enquiry submissions on this Site are non-binding expressions of interest only.
• No financial commitment is created by contacting us or visiting our Site.
• Any verbal or written representations made by our agents are subject to confirmation in writing by KSL Holdings Bhd.
• Unit allocation, pricing, and availability are subject to KSL Holdings Bhd's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, Jenn (GTJB02996), and Jane Liau (REN 72881) shall not be liable for:

Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the re-provision of the specific service or information in question. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of KSL Holdings Bhd or any third party referred through this Site.
